About Her Class:
My style is more danced based than athletic based. I teach Zumba® Gold and Zumba® Gold Toning to women who range in age from 27-84, my approach to teaching is first and foremost be encouraging, be informative, and promote fun.
Why She Started Teaching Zumba®:
I have a dance background starting at age 4 and have done ballet, jazz tap and contemporary. Teaching Zumba® allows me to express my joy in movement, and encourage others to find their inner dancer.
What Makes Zumba® Special For Her:
Being an instructor and watching my participant’s progress in their fitness level while having fun.
How Long Does It Take Her To Learn Choreography?
It depends on the song and the rhythm anywhere from an hour or two to a week.
What Is She Most Proud Of?
The videos I have done to date because I enjoy creating choreography and I enjoy the collaboration of working with a group.

The resilience of the human spirit.
